I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's recommendation of a local taxi service, which made exploring the area so much easier and convenient. the heating was top-notch, keeping me warm and cozy during the chilly London nights. the electric kettle in the room was a nice touch, making it easy for me to enjoy a warm cup of tea whenever I wanted. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and I appreciated the variety of channels available. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the exceptional amenities provided by the hotel, making my stay truly memorable and enjoyable.
